    Pathetic The book has 14 pages 4 are used to give an overview of personality types 2 are used fro an overview of the INTJ type and 125 pages are used for stress reduction tips' which consist of1 Recognize your strengths2 Focus on relationships3 Shift from details to the big picture4 Rest and take care of yourselfSeems to me those are tips for any human being not INTJ's in particular Then another 2 pages about signs of stress for INTJ's and how to stop reacting automatically and breath deeply which once again is so generic it applies to all human beings Then 4 blank pages Just pathetic
